I know. But I’ve been crazy-busy. Working on Superman/Batman and moving at lighting speed to get the first volume of Miranda Mercury done and out. Believe me, once things start hitting shelves, they will continue for a few months at least. When I can give you street dates, I will.
The first one is Feb. 16 for Superman/Batman #81.
Here’s some Art ‘n Stuff;
2 WIP’s I’m working on. One over the masterful Kevin Sharpe and the second by the equally masterful Ivan Reis.
So there’s been a lot of Creator Owned talk lately. Even a Viral Video. And I get it, I really do. The main message is spot on; we need to reach a larger audience with a wider variety of genre’s. The problem, IMO, IS the audience. All our audience wants is superheroes. Seriously. They do. I visit my LCS and 95% (and I’m being kind with the %) of his customers are superhero readers. It’s a problem, I know.
Very sad to hear about Clement Sauve. He was a tremendous talent and a great guy. Rest in Peace, man.
Ok, back to the drawing board. 🙂
